How to make an online reservation?
Online reservations are available on the Anjou Tourisme website under the name "Domaine la Marchandaie". A schedule is available there to know the available dates.
How to make a telephone reservation?
Contact us on 06 29 15 17 70, a file will be specially created for you, just like for an internet reservation. You will receive by email the terms and conditions, a contract and a confirmation of receipt as soon as the deposit has been paid.
How can I pay?
It is possible to pay by bank transfer or credit card. The deposit will be requested in the form of a check which will obviously not be cashed.
How do I know if the reservation is confirmed?
The reservation is valid once the deposit has been paid. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
I do not receive the confirmation email, what should I do?
If you do not receive the confirmation email, and the deposit has been paid, check the spam box. If you still have no trace of email, contact us.
How do I modify my reservation?
If you wish to add an optional supplement or modify the number of tenants, within the limit of the accommodation capacity, please send us an email. Remember to notify the references of your stay, namely the date and the name of the reservation.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Une annulation de réservation de la part du locataire engendre la perte des sommes versées. Autrement dit, pour une annulation de plus de 30 jours avant la date du séjour, le bailleur conserve l'acompte. What is the deadline for deposit payment?
The 30% deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This only becomes effective when payment is received.
What is the deadline for rent payment?
The rent must be paid no later than 30 days before the date of the stay. We will send you a reminder message for this deadline.
My GPS can't find the place called "La Marchandaie", what should I do?
Our domain can be written in different ways, if your GPS does not find "la Marchandaie", please try the format "La Marchandaye".
Can I park on site?
Private parking is available in front of the entrance to the gîtes.
What are the departure and arrival times?
Departure times are no later than 11am. Arrival times, meanwhile, are at 4 p.m.

What options are included in my booking?
The rental price includes exclusive access to the entire reserved gîte, to the common areas (hall, terrace, swimming pool, garden and fields) as well as the sheets.
What are the optional extras?
Optional supplements concern the rental of linen, namely towels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
When do I have to pay the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is mandatory and payable locally, it is calculated according to each stay and capped at 1 euro per day per adult. It is free for children.
What is the amount of the deposit and why?
The amount of the deposit is 1,000 euros, this is requested in the form of a check which will not be cashed. It covers any rental damage and will be returned within 15 days after the rental in the absence of damage.
Can I come with my pet?
Pets are accepted on request. A supplement of 5 euros per night will be requested.
Can I invite friends?
The number of people staying in the gîte must correspond to the number of people mentioned when booking. In addition, it must not exceed the reception capacity. However, it is possible to invite friends from time to time if they do not stay.
What should I bring for my stay?
Sheets are included in the reservation and towels are extra. If you make a reservation in the summer, don't forget to take more linen to be able to enjoy the swimming pool.
Do I have to do housework?
End of stay cleaning is extra, even if this option is requested, it is the responsibility of the tenant to carry out the management of garbage, storage and cleanliness of the dishes. If the option is not claimed and the gîte is returned in poor condition, the costs will be payable.
Do I need to take out insurance?
The tenant must have insurance covering rental risks.
Are there any additional charges?
The rent includes the payment of electricity as well as water in a reasonable consumption. The electricity limit is 25 kW per day and the water limit is 200 liters of water per day per person. Beyond these limits, overconsumption will be invoiced.
