HISTORY
Discover us a little better with a paragraph on our history as well as that of our atypical 19th century house. You will also find the values that are important to us.
Comment ne pas résister aux charmes de cette demeure de 1877, nous avons donc entrepris de gros travaux de rénovations. De la plomberie en passant par le chauffage ou encore le carrelage, pour pouvoir vous proposer à la location des gîtes modernes, chaleureux et accueillants.
La nature reprend ses droits dans nos 3 champs, des animaux sauvages (chevreuils, sangliers et bien d'autres) viennent régulièrement s'abreuver aux points d'eaux présents sur le domaine. Alors, ouvrez bien grands les yeux si vous faites le tour du domaine, il est on ne peut plus commun d'y trouver des traces de leurs passages.
Les activités dans le domaine sont diverses, de la simple baignade dans la grande piscine chauffée, ou une partie de tennis de table, en passant par les chemins de randonnées, aux évènements locaux, immergez-vous dans cette découverte. Nous avons de nombreux résidents sur nos terres, les passionnés d'animaux n'ont qu'à bien se tenir. Vous pourrez voir des chevaux, ânesse, chèvres, poules et bien évidemment chien et chats.
PUR-BLOOD COTTAGE (3 STAR CLASS)
With a capacity of up to 6 people and an area of 63 m², the Pur-Sang gîte located on the ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen open to 1 living room & dining room. eat. It offers direct access to its private covered terrace and the swimming pool shared with the Holsteiner gite. Internet access is free, we have fiber (minimum 100MB).
GÎTE HOLSTEINER (CLASSÉ 3 ÉTOILES)
With a capacity of up to 6 people and an area of 70 m², the Holsteiner gîte located on the first floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 kitchen open to 1 living & dining room. It combines modern decoration and the cachet of the old, it has its private covered terrace with a view of the swimming pool shared with the Pur-Sang gite. Internet access is free, we have fiber (minimum 100MB).
EXTERIORS OF THE DOMAIN
Take advantage of this beautiful nature and stay connected, the accommodation is equipped with fiber both inside and on the terrace. You will be able to take advantage of a high-speed network whether it is for telecommuting or for your personal leisure activities.
The terrace of the Pur-Sang gite
This covered terrace, private to the Pur-Sang gite, will allow you to enjoy an outdoor meal whatever the weather. It offers a breathtaking view of the swimming pool and the garden. Access is directly from one of the bedrooms of the accommodation.
The terrace of the Holsteiner gîte
This terrace, also covered, is this time reserved for the Holsteiner gîte. It even has a mosquito net so as not to be disturbed by insects. And of course always the same view, a swimming pool and fields!
The barbecue (private to each gite)
You can't get enough of the grills! This is why the barbecue is available all year round, please clean the equipment after use. You will also find a large plancha on site, the choice may be difficult.
The fenced garden
The song of the birds, a little breeze of wind all on a secure ground for children. Behind these fences, fields as far as the eye can see to let you be lulled by nature. It is very regular to hear cuckoos so keep a coin on you!
The various fields
The domain consists of 3 fields, stretching your legs will no longer be a problem. The 5.6 hectares of the estate can now be the fruit of your exploration. The sunsets happen to be the best moment, do not miss them.
Our little occupants
We share our life with horses, a pony, a donkey and others. Our companions are presented to you in the "animals" category "domain". We count on you not to feed them. They can be seriously ill.
ACTIVITÉS SUR LE DOMAINE
In addition to nature you can enjoy a large heated swimming pool or even a ping-pong table. The equipment is available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay.
The heated swimming pool
The major asset of the estate, a heated swimming pool of 5.5m by 11m with deckchairs. The swimming pool is open daily from 9 am to 8 pm from May to September. This is common to the two lodgings of the estate, a chance that it is therefore so large.
The water bike
If you want to combine sport and swimming, what better than an aquabike. We. make it available to you on request free of charge for any adult person. Will you choose to do lengths or pedal in the pool?
outdoor games
If you like games, we have pucks, which can be used with a board or a hole box, as well as boules. We thank you for picking up the equipment after use, it can be dangerous when mowing.
La table de Ping-Pong
For sports enthusiasts, there's nothing like a game of table tennis in the open air, with a view of the swimming pool and the estate's fields. This is available from May to September or on request outside this period, weather permitting.
The bikes
If you simply want to reconnect with nature, bicycles are available. The area is surrounded by many hiking trails. We have 3 adult bikes.
Relaxation ...
And yes, relaxation is one of the possible activities... You will find different places on the estate to rest and admire the landscape or take the opportunity to recharge your batteries. You now have a wide choice of possible activities.

PLANNING
You can contact us or book on Anjou tourisme without commission fees. Reservations start at the night except the months of July and August which take place from Saturday to Saturday. You will only have to put down your luggage, the beds are made on your arrival, the sheets are included in the rental. A small bottle from a local producer and from sustainable agriculture awaits you in the cool. Unfortunately, we do not have access for people with reduced mobility.
